脊髓突起的人是否適合練習瑜珈 - 瑜珈

我本身筋骨不好,而且有駝背和脊椎突起的問題,聽說練瑜珈對筋骨和脊椎不錯,不過有些人說練了反而容易骨頭移位,所以想請問一下,我這種情況適不適合練瑜珈,如果可以練,要注意哪些事項?p.s.請針對在家練習瑜珈提出建議,因為上班的關係無法參加瑜珈課,謝謝
