兩三個月前似乎因為在練習下腰起身時不當扭傷,腰部和右腿後側開始覺得很不對勁,最近去檢查發現是腰椎間盤突出去壓迫到坐骨神經,想請問一下平常可以做什麼自我復健的運動?還有我在網路上查閱一些資料說訓練背肌和腹肌可以避免此症狀復發,但是醫生說我暫且不要做仰臥起坐==怕軟骨會進��
