175cm80kg小弟其實也找了一些知識上所提供的答案但我還是不太明白我到底要先甩油還是先猛練腹肌才會有完美的六塊或八塊肌呢?!現在去了健身中心已經一個禮拜多了目前訓練的比例是有氧7重訓3由於現在才一個禮拜多我不想到時練到腹部硬邦邦卻沒看到一點點的肌肉?我真的不瘦所以我知道要先從有氧��
