今年升上大學信心滿滿的參加系籃結果....體力.衝撞力.彈跳力都差人一大截....高3荒廢了一整年全場來回跑3~4趟就快掛了.....我身高只有172體重52....(沒錯...身上都是排骨)已經很盡力再吃東西了可是體重就是不增==醫生也說沒關係以後就會變胖(挖哩勒...)現在打全場的信心越來越小了........目前最需要的是�
