我是對身材還滿注重的人平常有在運動~有氧跟重訓都有做有氧就是像跑步或者是在家跳操重訓就是會去運動中心用那些器材簡單的而已並沒有找教練訓練胸部比較小~應該算是遺傳的小這樣然後雖然不胖可是看的出來大腿還是比較有肉大腿真的很難瘦我覺得我都已經有在運動了大腿都還是看起來比較有��
