請問怎麼樣舉才是最正確的姿勢而不會造成運動傷害??那要用最多能舉幾下的練?? 中間休息多久呢??要練出肌肉要多久??請知道的人回答我 我現在是用3公斤練 一次100下 好像太輕了聽說最好是一次最多能舉10下來練??(請不懂的不要亂答= =)謝謝"
