一天有限制做多久嗎因為看到了運動表跑步一小時消耗約800多卡熱量這樣跑一個禮拜因該快瘦個1kg那如果一天早上一小時下午一小時一天兩小時有雙倍效果嗎我好像聽過有氧運動一天做多久就夠了坐在多也是白工
