我失眠靠吃安眠藥入睡已經8年了,醫師強烈要求我一定要運動,之前都很懶,可是現在我真的認真考慮醫師的建議,我不會游泳也不喜歡慢跑,家裡也沒自行車,(我怕會練出蘿蔔腿),也不喜歡氣功太極拳那種緩慢的方式,所以我該選擇什麼樣的運動呢?上健身房好嗎?我住台東不知道有沒有有教練的健��
