莫名其妙五天暴肥三公斤 - 運動

從年初到現在靠著飲食控制+少量的運動我從原來的62公斤,瘦到59公斤這個體重也從六月維持到現在這個暑假,飲食依然很規律,而運動量增加了可是體重卻在5天內暴增到61公斤!!!想請問大家,為什麼會這樣呢???我也沒亂吃零食,一天也會喝2000cc的水,一個星期三~四次的運動但是為什麼體重不降反升???�
