爬文說有氧運動可以幫助燃燒脂肪所以我大概一周都會做3-4次有氧運動每次都有達30分鐘以上及標準心跳和流汗我的有氧運動有快走、鄭多燕第一步第一級之後還會做一些burpee運動完後全身大部分摸起來都會熱熱的但是唯獨大腿內側和腹部摸起來是涼涼的尤其是快走,大腿都沒鄭多燕來的熱而且我很快��
