請教健身前輩,小弟最近加入了健身房,想來健身,我本身以前有練過游泳,基本三千公尺不是問題,但以前光游泳,沒有做過重訓,我算中等的身材,不胖不瘦現在想將上半身練厚實一點,請問健身是否可將游泳放進排定的健身的時間表裡?看過ㄧ本健身雜誌,男生健身大抵1有氧運動2無氧重訓3伸展運
