我是每天都是坐著的上班族~~發現下半身越來越難控制~~本身體型就是下半身比較胖~都胖在臀部~大腿~居多~手臂小腿也很有肉~腹部還好~因為都有做仰臥起坐~平常飲食~早/中餐一定吃~晚餐偶而吃~想請問我該做哪些運動或是配合哪些飲食來減重~~本身是中骨架~身高164~體重62~不過最近體重起伏很大~我發現��
