今年22歲.17067公斤最近是剛開始慢跑一次大該都跑上個50分鐘,早上、下午各一跑一次想減肥到62公斤左右現在體重都有慢慢地下降中,在機天想開始重力訓練就是想要有好看的肌肉,漂亮的身材我屬於那種下半身脂肪比較多吧=.=肚子大屁股大....家裡本身就有健身器材多功能可以練腳、躺著推跟拉、坐著
