最近想買張蕙蘭早安瑜珈自己在家學,因為之前有在外面繳錢學瑜珈,但是覺得學下來要花好多錢,不知道他的內容是如何,每片之前會做暖身嗎??會一個動作重複做幾次練習嗎??因為我也不想要太快做下一個動作,可否有買過的人說明一下內容嗎???謝謝
