我每個禮拜一、六會去練瑜珈、二三四會去打網球、禮拜日會去爬山(有計畫時)我一天只有吃兩餐,早餐和晚餐,我每天12點睡覺,白天活動比較多我不較重菜和水果,我已經停了快兩個月了,體重都沒有瘦,如何突破
