請問各位大大!!我每次在運動!像是打籃球或是打羽球每次都打到一半就會覺得超累的而且都會喘不過氣一定都要坐著或蹲下休息我本身應該沒氣喘~這樣要怎麼改善我的體力?不然每次我打到一半~我都要喊暫停休息一下有什麼方法~可以改善我這問題嗎PS.回答過的大大,還是要回來看看說不定我會有補充!..
