我最近因為做小吃所以時間上有很多打電動...又是懶人發胖的秘招最近常用被家人嫌到不行我身高168體重67..應該算中上的胖度...所以想運動不過也想練肌肉因為看起來帥氣上健身房又要很多的經費所以想請各位運動達人來建議一下慢跑有試過不過....真的很硬..@@每次跑完就鐵腿而且早上都爬不起來目前�
