工作長期做辦公室打電腦,所以頸、肩、背的痠痛真的很嚴重~有學習了二年的肚皮舞~運動效果也算還可以~不過可能因為年紀大了,代謝比較差,明明看起來算瘦~但是體脂率竟然快30%,所以比較想學的是較能燃燒脂肪~能改善頸、肩、背的痠痛、運動量較大的有氧舞蹈或是拳擊有氧這種運動~��
