小弟近來因為年紀漸長+懶惰(最大因素)肚子漸漸的大了起來,忽然有一天被雷打到想說來做仰臥起坐讓肚子消下去,看能不能讓自己漸漸的能變猛男~~ㄎㄎ但~~在使用專門做仰臥起坐的健身器材(類似L行可以躺下雙腳可以反溝施力的那種)後做了幾天覺得效果不錯肚子非常的痠痛~~做了大約一星期肚子是變痠��
