請問有氧運動與無氧運動能同一天做嗎?因為最近想減肥,又想順便練些肌肉,修飾一下身體的線條.因此這一個星期我每天都是跳40分鐘的拳擊有氧,休息兩小時後拉50下彈力繩,彎100下彈力棒,50下跪姿滾輪,然後作100下仰臥起坐後就去睡覺.不知道同一天進行這樣的有氧無氧交互訓練會不會反而造成效果打折,既
