我今年高二是女生,我身高160左右,體重從56上升到63,整個就過重阿~~以前總說要減肥,可是都沒有毅力,但是這次我真的下定決心了,可是因為我是升學班,所以晚餐都要吃外面,希望各位可以幫幫我~~我想瘦到大約50公斤左右,但有方法可以不要減到胸部嗎?請問該怎麼吃呢?(有食譜更佳)運動又要做哪些?我胖肚子�
