大致上如題因為為了瘦身也是找過了很多資料看過有分有氧跟無氧重量訓練之類的結果反而因為有的文章說可以有的又說不行導致我完全被搞混了Orz.........放一下最近的瘦身表之類的跳舞大概30分鐘左右跳完有拉筋然後仰臥起坐100下空中腳踏車100下然後再搭一些少女雜誌的雕塑身體的運動之類的吃也是��
