我從去年8月開始密集健身去年體重56到現在63~66左右身高都沒變182我的目標是變89公斤像外國人那樣很壯我大概每個星期六都上健身房一次每次都兩小時其他時間都在放學後到公園拉單槓回家後舉啞鈴食物都是大概跟一般人三餐一樣請問我想變重要每天吃什麼有人能告訴我嗎?之前有考慮過吃高蛋白但是��
