我生產完第一胎後四個月就開始上瑜珈課,那時體重62公斤,一星期上三天課一次1小時,可是到現在都已經一年半了,覺得還是沒有瘦回來,還是62公斤........現在又懷了第二胎,想要請問這次產後是應該要換上有氧舞蹈或肚皮舞還是繼續上瑜珈呢??????因為我第一胎是剖腹產,所以肚皮舞可能怕不太適合
