各位大大您好小弟現年30歲是健身與武術的業餘愛好者身高183/體重74尤其喜歡硬舉一項最佳紀錄是180KG/1REP,100KG/10REP但覺得過了29歲後身體漸不能負荷太重的重量(因覺得健康還是第一)想請問各位有練硬舉與蹲舉的資深前輩與選手您們覺得硬舉與蹲舉能練到幾歲呢重量到可舉幾下為佳另外請問各位前輩重量
