小弟請問有關於健身這門深入知識的大大....1.健身時間最好是在練球前還是練球後會比較合適?2.因小弟我不能吃牛肉,那可以用什麼來代替蛋白質的攝取?3.我現在是上重考班,上課時間都到晚上九點後才上健身房因為這樣都是在用餐後才健身,算不算是減肥阿?如果是這樣,健身回來後要吃先什麼補充肌
