寒假一個多月每兩天上一次健身房健身房器材齊全令我可以做一些平常坐不到的高重量阻力低次數的訓練例如史密斯仰臥推舉腰部伸展機器下背部伸展機器以及訓練大腿股二頭肌以及四頭肌的機器隨著肌力的進步當然也有漸漸的提高重量阻力上場打球也有感到較輕鬆進步但二月多開學念書的地方碰不到�
