我今年國2想說在國3運動會拿一個獎牌,我100公尺跑14.08.1600公尺才7分多,請問我適合跑100.200還是400我們學校100公尺是彎的,然後我想請老師幫我排一個低強度的課表,像伏立挺身和仰臥起坐.抬腿.這類,還有剛開始的暖身操
