我想要變壯我高一生身高178體重65看起來有點瘦但是又不會太瘦我想要練胸肌跟腹肌平常有在作仰臥起坐跟伏地挺身(最近)一次都20下分2次作現在胸部如果出力用出胸肌的話看的出來但是正面看不會很明顯側面看比較看的到還有!我做完伏地挺身後兩個手臂都會酸酸的這是正常的嗎!?要如何變壯呢我要在家
