我每天都會固定做150下伏地挺身一次30下休息5~10分鐘再繼續!共五次!請問若我每天持續維持這樣的伏地挺身~身體的肌肉能練到什麼程度?目前以維持兩個月左右了~我身高171cm體重59kg
