我是女生161cm48kg,沒有運動的習慣,沒有生病,但是平常體力不太好,所以想去練跑步,結果我操場只跑半圈就氣喘吁吁,冬天跑一圈我就滿頭大汗了,我一開始也有慢慢的跑,但還是跑不了一圈,想撐到一圈我的意志就快不堅了…跑不到一圈我就喘得停下腳步用快走的,覺得好糗喔…有點沒勇氣跑,怕別人覺得我好遜喔怎麼那麼弱…哎~我該怎麼練習才會進步?謝謝達人們…
