(1)因為我本身速度不是很好,100m大概在12末~13秒整那,所以我想知道,是不是需要速度練習呢?要練哪種的啊?(2)我之前都沒做重量訓量,但後來聽別人說要做,所以最近有在做,但想知道做了之後,會不會肌肉變大塊然後跑起來有負擔啊?(3)像這樣的課表會不會太操呢?(以下是課表)早上都是跑6k,大概配在每公里4分��
