隨著年齡增加(現在21歲)遇到的事情越來越複雜我能夠說心情的朋友卻越來越少情緒能夠發洩的出口越來越少幾乎跟別人說都只是得到不諒解的回應當我情緒需要出口時我會做的事情有1.偶爾會打電話給張老師2.跟自己的娃娃說話3.寫日記4.哭5.聽音樂6.唱歌7.想運動(可是很少有一個人做卻有趣的運動)可是��
