因為跳鄭多燕第一部之後發現那個手平舉膝蓋蹲下的動作不管做得再怎麼標準膝蓋都還是會痛(我上半身垂直向下沒有歪斜)但是我小時候因為常常跌倒所以膝蓋常常會"扣"到想說這樣子是不是表示,我膝蓋受傷,盡量要避免有氧這類劇烈的活動呢?但之前也有去練過瑜珈,每次跟膝蓋有關的不管毛巾
