我是個女生(但不是小公主或體型瘦弱那種)我身材一直在BMI正常範圍裡從小我就完全不會拉單槓、爬欄杆,雖然不斷的試但就是沒力氣,我一直想要讓自己的力氣大一點,才能保護自己(因為之前有朋友用單手把我兩隻手抓住但我卻完全無力掙脫)。我看過知識加的其他跟我一樣的問題,大家都說可以練伏
