我今年17歲173公分61公斤體脂肪7%4公斤(可能更低)我是運動員我每天都會在自家自己做負重訓練伏地挺身50左右手舉重(單手)20III<---長這樣的磚塊雙手抬磚塊抬起呈90度在舉到最高放下來重複20次雙手抬磚塊抬到最高放左肩再放右肩20次這樣會影響我的身高嗎很怕長不高已經一學期沒長高了...Showmore
