我是這最近開始吃賀寶芙奶昔~我是只有單吃奶昔早晚餐~中午正餐吃下午加1水果~但是我覺得這樣吃纖維質很不夠~想在晚餐加燙青菜(不加醬)一盤~我的教練竟然說這樣會攝取多於的熱量~有這種說法嗎?還有我從開始吃已經便祕3天這也是正常?希望有其他賀寶芙教練給予看法~
