每天起床時,右側從屁股到整支右腳都麻麻的,已經換了符合人體工學的高級彈簧床,好一陣子不會麻了。但最近又痠麻了,年紀50歲,知道這症狀可能是腰骨或椎間盤突出去壓迫到神經所致,也可能是骨刺壓迫。請問:在不開刀前提下,有怎樣的方式或運動可改善?(有點不相信推拿及按摩,因為那��
