我禮拜日的時候去運動健走2小時游泳1小時慢跑300公尺騎腳踏車1小時每次運動完都有休息10~20分鐘才開始繼續做下個運動我今天起床的時候腳底開始痛不知道是不是足底筋膜炎走路去買早餐回來就不痛了過一下又開始痛了我是腳趾右側會痛需不需要去看醫生聽網路上的朋友說足底筋膜炎他會自己好嗎?不�
