請問踢足球前的暖身運動是怎樣的??若要拉筋要怎麼樣才能達到效果...踢完後很喘腳很酸時,有什麼緩和運動跟減輕腿部酸痛的按摩方式?可以麻煩寫出詳細步驟嗎..如暖身運動先跑步然後拉筋之類的,另外"肌樂"噴劑的使用時機為何?因為感覺我每次暖身都好像沒有很足夠!!怕這樣容易造成運動傷害,久�
