之前工作壓力太大搞的自律神經失調+胃潰瘍+輕微貧血每次生理期前幾天就開始不舒服除了上述的問題健康檢查並無其他疾病(其實已經很慘啦)但是常常動不動就覺得頭暈現在已經有吃中藥調理並且不吃生冷/刺激性食物請問有什麼可以一個人作的運動能讓沒運動習慣的人比較容易入門晚上散步算是一�
