每次躺著做瑜珈後再起來坐在地板時,頭頂就會痛的無法抬起頭來,像要炸開一樣,將頭放低,就會好一點,這是什麼問題?我自己常常覺得肩頸很僵硬,頭和肩膀交接處,常覺不舒服,輕輕一拉,都會痛,頭頂痛跟這有關嗎?另外我做完較劇烈的運動或較難的瑜珈動作,臉會比一般人紅很多,這一連�
