大家好:我有幾點疑問想要請問大家....我本身是個下半身肥胖的人,只會胖大腿和臀部~平常我都是騎室內運動型腳踏車運動...一次騎15到20公里(約一個半小時)但最近因我的坐骨神經不適....所以導致我無法坐在腳踏車上面運動,因此改成用半躺的方式騎腳踏車(坐在沙發上,雙腳踩腳踏板,有點成半��
