前陣子在電視上看見一些健康節目提倡辦公族做一些伸展操節目上並提到多年不運動的人在想開始運動時應先花7-10天的時間做伸展來暖身千萬不可冒然就去做激烈運動以免造成運動傷害因為做了20幾年的辦公桌青春都奉獻給那張桌子跟電腦了常有肩頸酸痛腰酸背痛的問題便想試著做看看打算做10天伸展��
