我從小就是肉肉的~真的那種喔34歲151CM55KG生兩個小孩7Y&5Y我從最高59.2KG努力減到現在55KG目標50KG~~~我是沒出息的東西~現階段覺得50KG能達到&穩定就很開心囉!若能達成才會再進階訂下次目標我真的很努力~早上7:30-9:00瑜珈W一~W五每週還加3節有氧(1hr)1節肚皮舞有空陪兒子玩""WIIfit""和游泳真��
