我知道每個人大概每天的基礎代謝大約需要1800-2000大卡可是一個便當就700大卡重點是......我看不同運動持續30分鐘會消耗1.200"卡"這樣只有便當的小數點(零頭)而以運動到底是怎麼減肥????還有為什麼要持續運動30分鐘才會瘦???那如果走路30分鐘再跑10分鐘跟直接跑40分鐘不就沒差了??都是慢跑...Showmore
