我運動+飲食控制已經接近2個多月了,原本從100KG減到94~95KG之間徘迴...但減到差不多1個多月的時候就停住不動...一直到現在差不多停滯了2~3個禮拜了還是在徘迴...現在我是要靠加強運動+節食來突破嗎!?...我覺得我的運動量應該夠了...我把我的情況跟你們述說早餐:因為暑假幾乎不吃午餐:只吃ㄧ個便當還有�
