想請問各位大大~本人目前都有持續在游泳訓練~(讀體育班的關西)時間是一到五~每天大概兩小時的訓練量~但體重還是感覺有點重~看起來也肉肉的~脂肪也感覺有一點多~肌肉較少訓練時覺得自己的肌力不足請問我要如何減脂~增加肌肉呢?是要平時少吃一點還是加點重訓或加更多的運動量?本人是女生~
