運動多久可以減脂肪 - 運動

看網路上說運動要持續30分鐘才會減脂肪可是又有些報告說只要時間累計有到就可以了我現在是重訓 → 橢圓機20~25分鐘 → 重訓 → 橢圓機20~25分鐘這樣可以嗎?還是一定要橢圓機30分鐘以上?
