我最近都一直運動吃東西也有控制運動完不太會吃很多每周5次15分鐘無氧運動家有氧運動30分鐘心跳有達到130下但是總覺得身體好像沒有什麼感覺到現在我已經運動了2周多朋友都叫我有耐心一點因為我之前從來都沒在運動但是我想請問我要練到第幾周才看得出明顯的效果呢?有大概的答案嗎?雖然知道運��
